Terms Sent Through Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Klamath County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's handling of a query is governed by its own privacy terms.
Messages Sent to Us
If a visitor sends an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and reply details as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
